Christina Loftis Welch has been working as a make-up artist for the past nine years. She has received training and worked for numerous nationally known makeup and skin care brands.
Christina's clients have included Miss South Carolina contestants, competitive dancers and bridal parties to name a few. Her skills range from natural, everyday makeup to photography and stage makeup to extreme dramatic and colorful creations. Christina's experience in makeup artistry began with her own journey as a competitive dancer and pageant contestant. She began dancing at the age of two, competing at age seven and teaching other dancers by age 18. Christina has choreographed and directed competitive dancers in the upstate of South Carolina for the past nine years where her makeup artistry skills were put to use by holding classes for dancers and parents to learn the application techniques of stage makeup.
Christina has also held the titles of Miss Simpsonville 2003, Miss Greater Greer 2004, Miss Poinsett Downtown 2006 and South Carolina Watermelon Queen 2007, where she was also 2nd runner up in the National Watermelon Queen competition. She now consults and coaches pageant contestants on overall appearance, stage poise and talent.
Christina is available for professional makeup and eyelash application as well as lessons on skin care and makeup application techniques.
